Mi Infant's Daily Supplement Regimen

Now that I am a mom of two, I feel like I'm a hair more equipped to manage or at least be prepared for many of the things that my first born went through!


The fussiness, gassiness and sick scares of my first born had me in a constant overwhelmed state. But for the second time around, we are on point!

I like to keep my little's regimen as simple, but beneficial, as possible and this regimen just makes sense for my infant.


  1. Homemade gripe water before the morning breast milk to settle morning fussiness and prepare the body for digestion.

  2. Probiotics before lunch breast feeding to promote healthy gut bacteria and prepare the gut for the germs of the day.

  3. DHA after the night-time breast feeding to support my little's brain and eye development, and support immune building overnight.




The key to treating disease is preventing them and prevention begins when the babies are small! I love this regimen to give my baby the best chance at a healthy, disease free lifestyle in the future.
